How many times have you heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? This is a fact. Once your body gets all the nutrients it need to be more throughout the day, so you can burn more calories and keep the weight off excitedly.

Tip 2:(Healthy Breakfast)

Your breakfast should really be the biggest meal of the day, It will help you in Weight loss. You can have a bowl of cereal a few fruits, a small piece of lean meat for your protein, a slice of bread with some butter to your fat and a large glass of water. This is just a sample meal but you can always creative in the kitchen and cook your favorite meal. So make sure to you all the essential nutrients for a balanced nutrition. They are carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, fats and protein.

Tip 2: ( We all know this but do not yet exist, as we believe it to be!)

If you try to live without it, you can only survive for about 8-10 days. Did you know? Well, if you do not want it "water". Super important. You need to break the habits of getting in from work and just watching the tv and then eating dinner.  To be successful in actually losing weight, you need a sustained workout program ideally including 1 hr/day up to 7 days per week.

Tip 5:(Downsize your dinner plates

Studies find that the less food put in front of you, the less food you’ll eat. Conversely, the more food in front of you, the more you’ll eat — regardless of how hungry you are. So instead of using regular dinner plates that range these days from 10-14 inches (making them look forlornly empty if they’re not heaped with food), serve your main course on salad plates (about 7-9 inches wide). The same goes for liquids.
